The Person and the Farm
Azienda Agricola Zauli is a family-run organic farm in southern Tuscany, near the coast of Orbetello. Managed by brothers Demetrio and Donato Zauli, the farm covers 22 hectares of fertile clay soil, enriched by the iodine-rich sea breeze from the Tyrrhenian coast. This unique combination gives their produce, especially their tomatoes, a distinctive depth of flavor and natural intensity.

The Zauli brothers cultivate their land with respect for nature and tradition. The clay soil, combined with the salty air carried inland from the sea, creates a rare balance of minerals that enhances both the nutritional value and the taste of their crops.
