The person
After gaining experience in diverse fields, from software development to textile sales, and traveling the world, Luca returned to his family’s village in southern Tuscany. What began as a desire to reconnect with his roots has grown into a mission to protect the land and produce food as naturally as possible.

The Estate
Luca’s estate stretches across the Tuscan countryside, where tradition and innovation meet. It includes several charming B&Bs (Casetta Manini), 18 hectares of organic arable land where Senatore Cappelli wheat is grown in rotation, and more than 2,000 olive trees. Every part of the estate is managed with care for soil health, biodiversity and the balance of nature.
Luca dedicates special attention to cultivating crops that preserve their natural integrity and authentic flavor, ensuring that every harvest reflects the landscape it comes from.
No Intervention
At the heart of Luca’s philosophy is a zero intervention approach. He lets nature take the lead, using no chemicals, no artificial processes and no shortcuts. This hands-off method keeps the soil alive, the crops resilient and the flavors pure.
His fields are living proof that when you respect the rhythm of nature, the result is food that nourishes both body and soul.
