The food industry has broken the connection between what we put on our plates and where it comes from. At BABBO, we’re driven by a genuine desire to reconnect people to the food we eat and celebrate the farmers who produce it.
The challenge
Pretty packaging on supermarket shelves isn’t always a reflection of what’s inside. The perfect plate of pasta, the ripe sweetness of tomato sauce, and the bright green hue of nutrient-rich olive oil can only be achieved one way: through quality.
Bringing this quality to consumers further from the source, while ensuring reasonable pricing and keeping the supply chain transparent, is no easy feat. Yet, it’s a challenge we’re committed to tackle.

We want to bring real Italian food back into everyday life — made with ancient grains, organic farming, and honest, slow methods.
By working directly with farmers in Tuscany, we honour tradition, protect nutritional value, and create food that simply tastes better.
Through full transparency and education, we aim to rebuild the connection between those who grow the food and those who eat it.
