    Our organic olive oil is made from four heritage Tuscan olive varieties—Oraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, and Olivastra. Grown in ancient groves surrounded by forests and golden wheat fields, some trees have been thriving for over a century. This unique environment and rich soil, together with careful, sustainable farming practices, give the olives their exceptional flavor and character.

    To preserve the vibrant nutrients and complex taste, the olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within hours of the harvest. This creates an olive oil that embodies Tuscany’s essence: a bold, peppery profile balanced by a buttery, smooth finish.
