Olive OIl
This extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed within hours of harvest, using organically grown olives picked early in the season when they’re at their most vibrant. It remains unfiltered to preserve its grassy aroma, buttery depth, and naturally peppery finish.
Sourced from a single farm in Tuscany, the oil is crafted from four native olive varieties — Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, and Olivastra — each contributing to its rich flavour profile and high Polyphenol value.

Pasta
Our ancient grain pastas, Einkorn and Senatore Cappelli, are crafted from ancient grains sourced from single origin organic farms in Tuscany. The grains are naturally rich in flavour and nutrients, making each bite deeper, fuller and easier to digest.
Shaped through traditional bronze dies for a rough texture that holds sauces beautifully, and dried slowly for up to 30 hours, this pasta stays true to the old ways. Pure, honest and incredibly satisfying.

SUGHI
Our tomatoes are grown in Southern Tuscany, close to the coast, where the sea breeze and summer sun create the perfect conditions for peak flavour. The soil is rich, the climate warm, and the tomatoes develop a deep, dense sweetness that truly lingers.
Slowly cooked in small batches with organic ingredients, our sughi capture the purity of the season: simple, honest and full of character.
