Fusilloni
Fusilloni means "big spirals," an oversized version of the classic fusilli.
Made from Senatore Cappelli wheat, a heritage grain that grows nearly two meters tall and produces far less than modern varieties. Farmers continue growing it for one reason: taste.
We stone-mill the semi-whole grain and dry it slowly for over 30 hours. The result is a firm texture and deep flavour, while the large spirals catch every drop of sauce for big, rich, satisfying bites.
