After gaining experience across various industries—ranging from software development to working as a sales representative for a textile manufacturing company—and traveling around the world, Luca returned to his family’s village in southern Tuscany to contribute to their agricultural business.

His estate now includes multiple B&Bs (Casetta Manini), 18 hectares of organic arable land with Senatore Cappelli wheat in constant rotation, and over 2,000 olive trees, all managed with a focus on sustainable and organic farming practices. Luca is deeply committed to ensuring the growth of high-quality wheat and olives, dedicating special care to cultivating crops that maintain their natural integrity and exceptional flavor.
