Are your products fully organic and certified?

Yes! All our products are 100% organic and meet strict certification standards. We only work with certified producers and hold the SKAL certification, which is officially recognized across Europe.

Do you personally know the farmers and producers you work with?

Absolutely. We have direct contact with all our farmers and producers and carefully select small-scale, artisanal businesses that follow traditional and sustainable farming methods. This ensures that we truly understand their way of working and the quality of their ingredients. These relationships are also essential for the future, allowing our farmers to grow alongside our increasing demand.

Why are your products limited in availability?

Our products are made on a small scale and in harmony with nature, without mass production or artificial interventions. Many of our ingredients are harvested only once a year, and their availability depends on natural conditions. As a result, some products may sell out quickly, and production can only resume in the next season.

Are your products free from additives and pesticides?

Yes, all our products are free from artificial additives, pesticides, and other chemicals. We believe in pure flavors and honest ingredients—just as nature intended.

Shipment & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. Would you like your order delivered to another country? That’s possible! However, please note that shipping costs may vary.

How long does delivery take?

We are still a small team and handle everything ourselves, so orders within the Netherlands are currently delivered within 5-6 working days. For international orders, delivery time varies between 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and order size. Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €80. For other European countries, the free shipping threshold is slightly higher. The exact costs will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Since our products are food items, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us—we’ll find a solution together.
