Delivery Policy

Shipping Locations

We offer delivery within the Netherlands, as well as international shipping to various countries across Europe. For customers outside of these regions, please contact us directly for shipping availability.

Delivery Time

We’re a small, dedicated team, and we handle everything ourselves—from carefully packing your order to making sure it arrives safely at your door. Because of this, our shipping times are a little longer, but we promise it's worth the wait!

  • Within the Netherlands: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically delivered within 5-6 business days.
  • Within Europe: International orders take between 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods (e.g., holidays) or due to customs processing for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: We offer free shipping on all orders over €70. For orders below this amount, a variable shipping fee applies which is known at the checkout. 
  • Europe: Shipping fees for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on European orders over €90.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey. You can also check your order status through your account on our website.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence, the courier will leave a notice for re-delivery or collection. Please make sure to provide accurate address information to avoid any issues.

Payment Currencies

All prices on our website are listed in Euros (€). Payments are only accepted in Euros. If you are purchasing from outside the Eurozone, please note that your bank may charge additional fees for currency conversion.
