Mediterranea Belfiore, a family-run business located in Cecina, specializes in organic preserves and sauces. Founded by Donato Ciarlo in 1952, the company initially focused on tomato cultivation and transitioned to producing canned tomatoes using traditional recipes. Managed by three sisters, Simonetta, Emiliana, and Antonella Ciarlo, alongside their mother Renza, the company now produces high-quality tomato sauces, pestos, and various vegetable products, maintaining their dedication to traditional culinary methods and natural ingredients.
