    Crisp and deeply flavourful crackers that are made from two ancient grains: Einkorn and Emmer, both grown and milled on Leonardo’s farm in Tuscany. Naturally high in fibre and full of character, the grains bring a deep, nutty flavour that doesn’t need much else.

    We add only extra virgin olive oil for smoothness and a pinch of salt for crunch. No additives, no shortcuts. Just pure, organic, single-origin ingredients, shaped into a cracker that tastes exactly like what it’s made of.

    Ancient Grains - Einkorn & Emmer Wheat

    Einkorn and emmer, two ancient grains from Italy’s farro family, are naturally rich in fibre and full of character. Grown long before modern wheat, they retain their nutritional integrity, with higher fibre levels and a range of essential minerals like iron, zinc and magnesium. Their gentle structure makes them easier to digest, while their deep, nutty flavour gives these crackers real substance.

    Leonardo is not only our founder, but also a third-generation farmer, continuing his family’s work in Southern Tuscany at just 28. On his fully organic, regenerative farm, he grows ancient grains and legumes with patience and care. It is a demanding way of farming, but one Leonardo believes in deeply, convinced that better agriculture is always worth the effort.
