    Penne Rigate

Our Einkorn Penne are stone-milled from the world’s oldest cultivated wheat—never hybridized, never modified. Its deep, earthy taste and coarse texture make for heartier bites. The ridges expertly grip sauce, making it the perfect pasta for everything from chunky tomato sauces or simple olive oil.

Sourced from organic Tuscan farms and stone milled to preserve the natural oils and flavor that industrial milling degrades. Einkorn is also naturally lower in gluten and higher in protein than common wheat.

    Made Of

    Ancient Grain - Einkorn Wheat

Einkorn, known in Italy as part of the ancient farro family, is celebrated for its sweet, nutty flavor and remarkable nutritional richness. One of the oldest cultivated grains in the world, it contains more protein and fiber than modern wheat, along with essential minerals like iron, zinc, and magnesium. Its delicate gluten structure makes it naturally easier to digest, while its deep, rustic flavor adds depth and character to every dish.
